Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of walletjump.com and the content, tools, and features made available on it (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Super Energy BV, a Belgian private limited liability company registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under no. 0841.142.725, with its registered office at Brugsestraat 230, 8210 Zedelgem, Belgium, operating as WalletJump ("WalletJump," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

WalletJump is an independent, advertising-supported publisher and comparison platform. We publish editorial content, reviews, and comparison tools relating to financial products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and savings products.

We are not a bank, lender, insurer, broker, financial advisor, credit repair organization, or fiduciary. The content on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on the Services is a recommendation that any particular product is suitable for your individual circumstances. You should always review the full terms of any financial product directly with the issuing institution, and consider consulting a qualified professional, before making financial decisions.

Using our comparison tools or search features is not an application for credit or any other financial product, and does not affect your credit score. Any application you choose to submit is made directly with the relevant financial institution, on that institution's own terms.

We may receive compensation when you click on links to products or services featured on the Services. This compensation may affect how, where, and in what order products appear within listing categories. It does not influence our editorial content, which is guided by relevance, accuracy, and user benefit. Product placement may also be influenced by factors such as WalletJump's internal scoring system, availability by location, and your selected preferences. We work to keep the information on the Services accurate and current, but financial product terms — including rates, fees, rewards, and eligibility requirements — change frequently and without notice to us. Information on the Services may differ from what you see when you visit a financial institution's own website, which is the authoritative source. All product information is presented without warranty, and the terms offered to you by an institution govern in the event of any discrepancy.

The Services and all content on them — including text, reviews, comparison data, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Super Energy BV and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. WalletJump® is a registered trademark of Super Energy BV.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Services without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• access the Services by automated means — including scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk downloading of content or data — except through interfaces we expressly provide or as permitted by our robots.txt;
• use content from the Services to train machine learning or AI models except as permitted by our robots.txt and content signals;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services, or attempt to probe, scan, or test their vulnerability;
• misuse our search or interactive features, including by submitting abusive, deceptive, or excessive queries;
• impersonate WalletJump or misrepresent your affiliation with us; or
• frame or mirror any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or block access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of this section.

The Services contain links to third-party websites, including the financial institutions whose products we feature, and may include tools or widgets operated by third-party partners. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services, and linking to them does not imply endorsement. Your dealings with any third party — including any application for or purchase of a financial product — are solely between you and that third party, subject to that third party's terms and privacy policy.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other submissions relating to the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation to you. Do not send us confidential or proprietary information.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice with sufficient detail to identify the material and your rights to privacy@walletjump.com, and we will review and respond appropriately.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETJUMP AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, OR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE OR ACTION YOU TAKE IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT FROM THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WalletJump and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any such dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each party waives any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Material changes may be announced more prominently. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy policy and any other policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and WalletJump regarding the Services.
